Report Irregularities
The Swiss–Latvian Cooperation Programme maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption and mismanagement. The Programme is implemented in accordance with the principles of good governance, ensuring transparency, openness, and accountability throughout all stages of implementation.
If you have reason to suspect any mismanagement of Programme funds, conflict of interest, or corruption in the course of Programme implementation, you are encouraged to report such concerns to the National Coordination Unit – Ministry of Finance, or any other institution involved in the implementation of the Programme.
The confidentiality of the person submitting the information is guaranteed. Personal data of the informant is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, including those referred to in the submission.
In accordance with Paragraph 9 of the Law on Submissions, it is prohibited to disclose information that reveals the identity of the submitter without their explicit consent. If the submitter does not wish for the facts included in the submission to be disclosed, this must be clearly stated in tek submission.
A response will be provided within 10 working days.*

* According to timelines set in the Law on Submissions – the institution shall respond to the application in a month (as maximum), if it isn’t stipulated otherwise. If the complaint is not in the competence of the particular institution it shall be transferred to an appropriate institution and the complainant should be informed within 7 working days.
