Report Violations

 

The Swiss-Latvian Cooperation Programme guidelines do not tolerate corruption and inefficiency. The implementation of the Programme must follow good governance principles, and the implementation process should be open, transparent, and traceable.

 

If you suspect misuse of Programme funds, conflicts of interest, or corruption in the implementation of the Programme, please report it to the leading institution (Ministry of Finance) or any other institution responsible for the successful implementation of the Programme.

 

Anonymity is guaranteed for the informant, as the personal data of the informant is considered confidential information and is not disclosed to third parties, including the persons about whom the information is provided.

 

According to Article 9 of the Law on Submissions, it is prohibited to disclose information revealing the identity of the applicant without their consent. If the applicant does not wish the facts mentioned in the submission to be disclosed, they should indicate this in the submission.
